Deep Vada For Dahi Vada is a delicious snack, they are also known as dahi bhalla, which is made from black gram lentils and yogurt. Dahi vada is usually prepared on festivals and occasions but it can be good for summers as well because yogurt cools the body temperature in hot summers.

The hot deep fried vadas are first put in water and then transferred to thick whipped yogurt and soaked. They are then topped with sweet and spicy chutneys and spices.
